Zusammenfassung

L’uretère n’a pas de fonction de réservoir, comme le bassinet et la vessie. Etant constamment vidé dans une direction privilégiée, il est, de ce fait, peu sujet aux infections. Ce n’est donc, en règle générale, qu’après une infection, haute ou basse, de longue durée qu’il est atteint à son tour; il s’agit la plupart du temps d’une affection secondaire, d’une complication.
