Zusammenfassung
Es ist allgemein bekannt, daß der Heilungsprozeß in der Umgebung eines nichtporösen Implantats zu einer Kapselbildung führt. Ebenfalls wohlbekannt ist, daß sich so eine Kapsel um den Akrylzementmantel bildet, der zur Stabilisierung von Endoprothesen verwendet wird, und daß sie einen Lockerungsfaktor darstellt [1]. Wir hatten von Anfang an das Ziel, eine Beschichtung zu entwickeln, die so auf einer Endoprothese befestigt werden könnte, daß sie das Einwachsen von Gewebe in die Beschichtung ermöglichen und dadurch das Implantat bezüglich des umliegenden Gewebes stabilisieren würde.
