The Weighted Tchebycheff Norm Method for Multicriterion Image Reconstruction

Abstract

In this paper, we discuss a multicriterion image reconstruction from projections. The multicriterion model involves the entropy function of an image, the sum of the squared error functions between the original projection data and the projection data due to the reconstructed image, the energy function of the image. We developed a weighted Tchebycheff norm method for image. reconstruction under three conflict criteria. The decision making process is based on weighted Tchebycheff norm method and nonlinear optimization algorithm. This algorithm is illustrated by a numerical example.
