Zusammenfassung

Seine lokalen Effekte entfaltet das Prostacyclin mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit über spezifische Bindungsstellen, die zumindest für Thrombozyten und Erythrozyten nachgewiesen wurden [147, 214]. An den Thrombozyten ist die Bindungsstelle für Prostacyclin mit der des PGE₂ identisch, während 6-oxo-PGF_1α als Abbauprodukt des Prostacyclins keine Bindung mit dieser Bindungsstelle eingeht [259].
