Zusammenfassung

In den angloamerikanischen Ländern hat sich seit dem Kriege beschleunigt die Annahme der Experimentalpsychologie und ihrer Methoden in der Psychiatrie vollzogen, die zu einer fruchtbaren und nicht mehr wegdenkbaren Zusammenarbeit geführt hat. Eine ähnliche Entwicklung wird sich ohne Zweifel auch auf dem europäischen Festland durchsetzen. Die betreffenden Psychologen sollten deshalb die Vor- und Nachteile der in den angloamerikanischen Ländern benutzten Methoden sorgfältig abwägen und nur die bewährtesten zum Ausgangspunkt ihrer eigenen Entwicklung machen.
