Abstract

Die Prognose der gastrointestinalen Blutung ist trotz aller Fortschritte der modernen Chirurgie und Anaesthesie nach wie vor ernst. Die Gesamtletalität wird zwischen 12,5 und 31% angegeben ([17]: 12,5%; [15]: 15%; eigenes Krankengut [32]: 23%; [4]: 29%; [9]: 31%; Abb. 27.35).
