Zusammenfassung

Schwere stumpfe oder penetrierende Verletzungen der Bauchhöhle oder des Retroperitoneums sind häufig mit Thorax-, Schädel- und Extremitätenverletzungen vergesellschaftet. Jeder Behandlung muß daher eine Beurteilung der vitalen Gefährdung (Tabelle 19.1) des Patienten und eine unter Umständen nur grobe Erfassung aller Verletzungen vorangestellt werden.
