Zusammenfassung

Basierend auf der Darstellungsmöglichkeit der Organe des kleinen Beckens (Kratochwil et al. 1972; vgl. Kap. 3) können auch die während des normalen ovariellen Zyklus ablaufenden Veränderungen an Uterus, Ovarien, Gefäßen, jedoch nicht an der Tube dargestellt werden. Unsere ersten Erfahrungen an hormonbehandelten Patientinnen zeigten (Hackelöer u. Hansmann 1976; Hackelöer et al. (1977), daß es möglich war, Follikel am Ovar darzustellen, auszumessen und deren weiteres Wachstum sonographisch zu verfolgen. Die Ergebnisse konnten später (Hackelöer u. Robinson 1978; Hakkelöer et al. 1979; Hackelöer u. Nitschke-Dabelstein 1980) im Normalzyklus bestätigt werden.
