Zusammenfassung
Im Gegensatz zur onkologischen Zervixbeurteilung (s. 16.1) in Hinsicht auf ein Zervixkarzinom, wo die Sonographie bisher kein Ergebnis erbracht hat, ist sie während der Schwangerschaft ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel zur Beurteilung von Zervixinsuffizienz, Ausmaß des Abort- bzw. Wehengeschehens sowie Indikation und Kontrolle von Verschlußoperationen (Ulbrich 1982, Zemlyn 1981; Bernstine et al. 1981; McGahan et al. 1981; Sarti et al. 1979).
