Therapeutische Konzepte bei CFS/FMS unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Anwendung von Naturheilverfahren

Zusammenfassung

Der folgende Überblick ist gegründet auf meine mehrjährige klinische Tätigkeit als Funktionsoberarzt (CvK) in der Klinik Höhenkirchen im Klinikverbund des Münchener Modells der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Während dieser Zeit wurde eine große Anzahl von Patienten mit verschiedenen Schweregraden des CFS und der Übergangssyndrome zur Fibromyalgie bzw. zur psychovegetativen Erschöpfung (nach der früheren Nomenklatur) gemeinsam interdisziplinär betreut. Da die Patienten während dieser Zeit mindestens 4 Wochen, in Einzelfällen sogar bis zu 3 Monaten, stationär behandelt wurden, ergaben sich hierbei Möglichkeiten zur Beobachtung, die in der niedergelassenen Praxis bzw. unter poliklinischer Betreuung kaum möglich sind.
