Zusammenfassung
Immer wieder kommt es nach Operationen oder Feinnadelpunktionen an der Mamma zu Hämatombildungen. Obwohl sie sich klinisch meist gut erfassen lassen, bleibt ihre volle Ausdehnung oft unklar. Hier bietet sich der Ultraschall als die diagnostische Methode der Wahl an. Frische Hämatome erscheinen vorwiegend zystisch bzw. areflektiv und haben eine relativ unscharfe Begrenzung (Abb. 4.1, 4.2). Ältere Hämatome können im Gegensatz dazu durch Organisationsvorgänge als solide Tumoren imponieren. In solchen Fällen bringt dann nur eine erneute Punktion endgültigen Aufschluß (Abb. 4.3).
