Zusammenfassung

Die Erkrankungen der Lymphgefäße sind fast ausschließlich an den unteren Extremitäten lokalisiert, sehr viel seltener an den oberen Extremitäten, am Rumpf oder am Kopf. Sichtbares Zeichen der Lymphgefäßerkrankung ist Ödem, das Lymphödem. Eine Unterteilung der Lymphgefäßerkrankungen in primäre Lymphödeme und sekundäre Lymphödeme ist möglich.
