Akute Schm5erzen unterschiedlicher Intensität treten praktisch nach allen Operationen auf. Sie sind am stärksten in der frühen postoperativen Phase und werden im weiteren Verlauf immer geringer. Nur selten wird ein Patient postoperativ von lang anhaltenden schlimmen Schmerzen gequält und beeinträchtigt.
