Zusammenfassung

Die drei Gefühlsebenen. Gefühle (Emotionen) sind Reaktionsmuster auf körperinterne und externe Reize, die beim Menschen auf drei Verhaltensebenen ablaufen: der physiologisch-humoralen Ebene, der motorisch-verhaltensmäßigen und der subjektivpsychologischen Ebene. Gefühle werden stets auf der Dimension angenehm-unangenehm (Annäherung — Vermeidung) und der Dimension erregend — desaktivierend erlebt. Emotionen und Motivationen sind nur graduell voneinander abgrenzbar [1].
