Zusammenfassung
Der Planungsmodus divisional organisierter Unternehmungen mit konventionellen Methoden ist Ausgangspunkt für ein Analyse-, Planungs-und Entscheidungsmodell auf Basis des Linear Programming. Vorgestellt wird der Einsatz dieses Instruments als Integrations- und Rechenprogramm, deterministischer Simulator, optimierender Vorschlagsgenerator unter Mehrfachzielen, Hilfsmittel zur Bewertung von Geschäftspolitiken und Auskunftssystem für unterschiedliche Berichte.
