Zusammenfassung
Im Spätherbst 1921 wurde ich als Ordinarius für Zoologie und Direktor des Zoologischen Institutes an die Universität Rostock berufen. Daß dies zu erwarten stand, erfuhr ich schon im September in Brunnwinkl auf eine für die damalige Zeit bezeichnende Weise. Es kam folgender Brief des mir — unbekannten — Professors für Physik in Rostock :
