Abstract
For decades, the car has been the most important means of transport for people. Owning a car has become the standard for many, and as a result yearly car sales have continuously grown. The resulting pollution and traffic congestion in cities has increased accordingly, and the issue has gained more and more attention with growing awareness of the environmental impact.
