Der Mobilitätswandel wird begleitet durch immer mehr Sensoren. Beispielsweise können über Ultraschall-Abstandssensoren viele Fahrzeuge heutzutage den Abstand zum vorherigen Fahrzeug regulieren. Weitere Anwendungen sind z. B. Systeme, die autonom ein- und ausparken können.
