Zusammenfassung
Der Wettbewerbsvorteil eines Unternehmens ist von seiner Fähigkeit abhängig, durch Differenzierung am Markt mehr Wert als seine Wettbewerber zu schaffen (Porter 1985; Brandenburger und Stuart 1996). Die Digitalisierung fördert jedoch die Konvergenz von Branchen und dadurch branchenübergreifendete disruptive Innovationen. Für Unternehmen ist es deshalb wichtig, im Zuge der Digitalisierung ihre individuellen Leistungen in strategischen Allianzen aufeinander abzustimmen oder sogar in Abstimmung miteinander zu entwickeln und anzubieten.
