Das Employer-Branding ist Teil der Managementstrategie eines Unternehmens, um „Talente“ bzw. „hochqualifizierte Fachkräfte“ (Stotz, Wedel-Klein 2013: 2) zu gewinnen. Während das Employer-Branding am Anfang auf erfahrene potenzielle Führungskräfte ausgerichtet war, ist es mittlerweile zu einem Instrument geworden, um einfach ausgebildete Fachkräfte zu gewinnen.
