Zusammenfassung

In der Bewältigung von Katastrophenlagen kommen die bisherigen Erfahrungen der Einsatzkräfte aus ähnlichen Situationen zum Tragen. Aus jedem Einsatz werden Lehren gezogen. Erinnerungen eines Einsatzes bezüglich der spezifischen Krisensituationen, der Zusammenarbeit und der erfolgreichen und weniger erfolgreichen Aspekte wirken sich auf die Bearbeitung der kommenden Einsätze aus.

Das Verbundprojekt PRAKOS wurde vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung gefördert. Beteiligte Partner waren: Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, Polizeiakademie Niedersachsen, Technisches Hilfswerk, Universität der Bundeswehr München und die Universität Hamburg mit Konsortialführung durch die Vereinigung zur Förderung des Deutschen Brandschutzes e. V. Ergebnisse der Fokusgruppen wurden gemeinsam mit Daniel Steinitz und Michael Fischer erarbeitet. (FZ CAU: 13N13326 und FKZ PA: 13N13324).
