Abstract
QuickSim is a simulation tool dedicated to 3D-CFD of internal combustion engines, developed at the Research Institute of Automotive Engineering and Vehicle Engines Stuttgart (FKFS) and the Institute for Internal Combustion Engines and Automotive Engineering (IVK) by the University of Stuttgart. A detailed report on the applied methodology is given in [15], so the following introduction will be brief.
