Abstract
Even if the quote states that a large number of SMEs are already carrying out digitization projects, the studies presented earlier have also shown that the SMEs do not perceive themselves as digital pioneers at all. The previous study has also demonstrated that the field of companies is subdivided into active users of digital technologies and actors who are still in a waiting position or at least do not communicate their efforts in the use of digital technology. Accordingly, many organizations are in a decision-making stage regarding the use of new digital technologies.
