Zusammenfassung
„VUKA“ ist kein Buzzword. Das Meistern der VUKA-Bedingungen ist der Kern der Überlebens- und Entwicklungsfähigkeit von Organisationen. Dieser Beitrag untersucht auf einer systemtheoretischen Grundlage, welche Auswirkungen sich aus den VUKA-Rahmenbedingungen für innovative Organisationsdesigns ergeben. Dazu betrachten wir die Entwicklung der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) als wesentlichen Hebel für technologischen Fortschritt. Die Möglichkeiten der Datenanalyse und der Datenaufbereitung mittels KI, neue Geschäftsmodelle wie z. B. Plattformen und Disruption haben hohe Auswirkungen auf die Gestaltung von Organisationen. Die VUKA-Herausforderungen können bewältigt werden, wenn es gelingt, innovative Organisationsdesigns wie z. B. Holakratie, der Umgang mit organisationaler Ambiguität oder bedarfsgerechte Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion nachhaltig zu implementieren.
