Abstract

The article deals with selected aspects of employment of persons. with disabilities in the open labour market. The paper discusses economic instruments supporting the employment of disabled people in the open labour market and their impact on the professional activity of people with disabilities in the labour market in Poland. Based on statistics, the author also points to a change in the form of employment of people with disabilities. The number of people with disabilities has decreased, indicating a decrease in employment in the entities of the protected labour market, and a greater professional activity in the open labour market.
