Zusammenfassung

Die Gestaltung der europäischen Sozialpolitik geschieht mit verschiedenen Instrumenten. Neben der Koordinierung des Sozialrechts der Mitgliedsstaaten sind Instrumente entwickelt worden, die einen Informationsaustausch und gegenseitige Lernprozesse, aber auch Leistungsvergleiche der Mitgliedsstaaten untereinander ermöglichen.
