Zusammenfassung
Viele Unternehmen benötigen zur Realisierung eines digitalen Geschäftsmodells Plattformpartner. Wir erläutern zunächst die Entwicklungen des Disruptionsbegriffs, das Thema Geschäftsmodellinnovation und die Disruptionswirkung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle. Anschließend beschreiben wir, wie aus IoT-Produkten und -Services IoT-Geschäftsmodelle entstehen. Angesichts der großen Vielzahl der Anbieter von IoT- und KI-Plattformen ist es für ein Unternehmen nicht einfach, den richtigen Plattformpartner zu finden. Eine erste Orientierung gibt die Segmentation des Marktes. Wir stellen wichtige IoT- und KI-Plattformanbieter vor und behandeln Kriterien für die Auswahl von Partnern.
