Zusammenfassung
Das Verhältnis des staatlichen Strafverfahrens zum Verletzten ist ambivalent. Einerseits setzt schon der Verdacht einer Verletzung seiner Güter den staatlichen Strafverfolgungsapparat in Gang. Am Verbrechensopfer hat sich das Versagen des Normappells realisiert, seine Einbuße an Leben, Körper, Freiheit, Eigentum oder Vermögen ist damit Ausgangspunkt und Anlass einer Vielzahl von Strafverfahren.
