Abstract
The particular factors influencing patient individual response to the therapy can be divided into two categories: intrinsic and extrinsic. The most important intrinsic factors include age, gender, genetics, and previous diseases, while extrinsic factors include lifestyle, environment, as well as drug-drug interaction (see Figure 1).
