Zusammenfassung
Im Gegensatz zur geltenden Rechtslage in Deutschland tendiert die internationale Entwicklung immer stärker in Richtung einer strafrechtlichen Verbandsverantwortlichkeit. Diesem Trend folgend kündigte die Große Koalition im Koalitionsvertrag vom 16.12.2013 (18. Legislaturperiode) zwar an, ein Unternehmensstrafrecht für multinationale Konzerne zu prüfen, gesetzgeberische Maßnahmen erfolgten jedoch nicht. Der aktuelle Koalitionsvertrag vom 12.03.2018 (19. Legislaturperiode) stellt eine Reform des Verbandssanktionenrechts in Aussicht.
