In diesem Kapitel werde ich die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung darstellen. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Frage, wie Elemente von Situationen das Zustandekommen von informellen Konsultationen systematisch beeinflussen und inwiefern diese Systematik kulturspezifisch variiert. Die Darstellung gliedert sich anhand der einzelnen Elemente und Wirkweisen von Situationen, die sich als bedeutend erwiesen haben.
