Zusammenfassung
Das Fach klinische Pharmazie ist das jüngste der fünf Hauptfächer, das in Deutschland in den Approbationsstudiengang Pharmazie aufgenommen wurde. Während international bewährte Konzepte für Ausbildung im Fach klinische Pharmazie an den Universitäten bereits längst etabliert sind, ist dies in Deutschland nicht der Fall. Augenscheinlich liegt dieses Defizit am Fehlen von qualifiziertem und fachspezifisch ausgebildetem Lehrpersonal und insbesondere an Professoren. Die Autoren sehen in dieser aktuellen Situation die große Chance, ein von Grund auf neues Konzept für die Ausbildung im Fach Klinische Pharmazie zu schaffen. Der vorliegende Artikel widmet sich den didaktischen Methoden, Ideen und Visionen, die dem Konzept für das Fach klinische Pharmazie an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München zugrunde liegen. Kernelemente eines solchen Konzepts sind die interprofessionelle Ausrichtung der Lehre unter Einbezug von Pharmazie- und Medizinstudierenden sowie die Erhöhung des klinischen Praxisbezugs durch Unterricht auf Station und am Krankenbett.
