Zusammenfassung

Das psychologische Konstrukt der Achtsamkeit hat in den letzten Jahren sowohl im Bereich des therapeutischen Settings als auch im Bereich der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie zunehmend Beachtung gefunden und in einigen Bereichen der organisationalen Arbeitswelt bereits einen bedeutsamen Stellenwert eingenommen. Im folgenden Kapitel soll dargestellt werden, inwiefern Achtsamkeit die Realisierung von Veränderungsprozessen besonders in Bezug auf die Reflexion und Bewertung von Veränderung sowie den Umgang mit Emotionen im Veränderungsprozess verändern kann. Ebenso soll dargestellt werden, inwieweit Achtsamkeitstrainings und achtsamkeitsbasierte Interventionsmaßnahmen die Bereitschaft für Veränderung beeinflussen und somit einen Beitrag zur Minimierung von Widerstand leisten können.
