Zusammenfassung
In den Teilen 1 und 2 wurden die Managementmodi des diskursiv-integren und des nomologischen Managements konzeptionell grundgelegt. Der Teil 3 bzw. 3.8 führte die empirische Exploration dieser beiden Managementmodi auf. Mit dem rekonstruierten Handlungsmuster der Auswahlgesamtheit und deren Idealtypisierung wurden die Relationen und Modalitäten der Managementmodi sowie deren Qualität diskutiert (Teil 3.9).
