Zusammenfassung
Organisationen außerhalb der klassischen Welt der Unternehmen stehen seit geraumer Zeit unter zunehmendem Leistungsdruck. Nicht wenige sind auch – aus unterschiedlichsten Gründen – in ihrer Existenz gefährdet. Dies können zum Beispiel NGOs sein, von deren Geldgebern der genaue Nachweis des effizienten Einsatzes der ihnen zugesprochenen Mittel verlangt wird. Auch gibt es vermehrt Wettbewerb zwischen diesen Organisationen, und dies nicht nur um Spenden, sondern auch um Mitwirkende oder um den Zugang zu den Begünstigten beziehungsweise Opfern.
