Zusammenfassung

Mobbing ist eine Form aggressiven Verhaltens, bei dem ein oder mehrere Täter systematisch, psychisch oder physisch, eine schwächere Person, über einen längeren Zeitraum hinwe attakieren (Olweus 1991). In diesem Kapitel wird auf die verschiedenen Akture dieses Gruppenprozesses und Interaktionsstruckturen der Teilnehmer eingegangen.
