Um die Leitfrage – Warum treten innerhalb der multiethnischen Bevölkerung Prizrens sowohl koexistenzielle und kooperative als auch konfrontative Einstellungs- und Handlungsmuster mit unterschiedlichem Eskalationsniveaus auf? – beantworten zu können, nimmt diese Arbeit Bezug auf die im Abschnitt zum Forschungsstand genannten Werke aus den verschiedenen Disziplinen und Forschungszweigen, um einen theoretischen Rahmen für diese Untersuchung festzulegen.
