Zusammenfassung
Korruption hat mit der Globalisierung der internationalen wirtschaftlichen und politischen Beziehungen zwischen den Ländern zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen, weshalb verschiedene Regierungs- und Nichtregierungsorganisationen nach angemessenen Maßnahmen zur Quantifizierung von Korruptionsniveaus suchen. Das Korruptionsniveau eines Landes und die zentralen Parameter der Wirtschaftsleistung sind signifikant miteinander korreliert. Nach dem Zusammenbruch der Sowjetunion standen die ehemaligen Mitgliedsrepubliken vor großen Problemen, darunter eine politische Krise, die die Staaten zu politischer Instabilität führte. Es werden die zwei postsowjetischen Länder Georgien und Armenien überprüft, weil diese Länder mehrere gemeinsame Merkmale haben. In dem Artikel wird untersucht, wie Georgien rasch erfolgreiche Reformen durchführen konnte, während dieser Prozess in Armenien beeinträchtigt war. Das Ziel dieses Artikels ist es, Daten wie Korruptionsindizes von Georgien und Armenien als potenzielle Gründe der politischen Instabilität zu vergleichen und die Gründe für die Unterschiede herauszufinden. Im Vergleich können wir sehen, dass die Datenindikatoren von Georgien und Armenien sehr unterschiedlich sind. Und diese Indikatoren zeigen auch, dass es nach dem Jahr 2006 in Georgien eine positive und in Armenien eine negative Veränderung gab.
