Abstract

The exploratory research using qualitative interviews aimed at generating an understanding of initiating disruptive innovation through business model innovation. Specifically, results from the initial research activities of the multi-method approach served as a basis for the subsequent construction and evaluation method to develop an appropriate artifact.
