Zusammenfassung

Projektportfolio-Management (PPM) ist ein informations- und arbeitsintensiver Prozess – und damit ein ideales Anwendungsfeld für Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien. Datensammlung, Datenverarbeitung, Auswertung, Visualisierung und Simulation sind beispielhafte Bereiche, für die sich PPM-Software zur Management-Unterstützung eignen. Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit der Frage, welche Faktoren bei der Einführung einer PPM-Software zu beachten sind, insbesondere wie die Abstimmung auf die spezifischen Unternehmensbedürfnisse erfolgen sollte.
