Zusammenfassung
Was wir als Ecosystem bezeichnen, gibt es in einer Vielzahl von Branchen, insbesondere in High-Tech-Unternehmen, die von innovativen Technologien angetrieben werden, z. B.: Daimler, Microsoft, Apple, Google, IBM, BMW, Volkswagen und Hunderte, wenn nicht Tausende von anderen Anbietern. Firmen zusammen mit ihren strategischen Partnern, Konsumenten und Influencern beteiligen sich kollektiv an Innovationen und formieren die sog. Ökosysteme. In diesem Kapitel werden die Grundlagen eines solchen Ökosystems („ecosystem“) vorgestellt.
