Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel wird das Konzept der Achtsamkeit als Grundlage für die Entwicklung von Resilienz im Kindes- und Jugendalter in der Lebenswelt Schule vorgestellt. Nach einer Definition von Achtsamkeit im Kindes- und Jugendalter folgt ein Literaturüberblick zur Wirkung von Achtsamkeitsinterventionen in der Schule. Bisherige empirische Arbeiten belegen unter anderem eine Zunahme der Konzentrationsfähigkeit, eine Verbesserung des Sozialverhaltens sowie eine Förderung der Stressresistenz durch Achtsamkeitsinterventionen in der Schule. Der Beitrag schließt mit Handlungsempfehlungen für die praktische Umsetzung von Achtsamkeitsinterventionen in der Schule.
