Zusammenfassung
Um Nachhaltigkeit zu erreichen, benötigen Unternehmen einen ganzheitlichen und risikoadjustierten Planungsprozess. Für die Umsetzung des Prozesses bedarf es transparenter Datenbestände und eines zukunftsorientieren Datenmanagements. Dieser Beitrag analysiert, inwieweit ein proaktives Datenmanagement zur Vermeidung und Steuerung von Supply-Chain-Risiken beitragen kann. Der gewünschte Sollzustand wird anschließend anhand einer empirischen Studie mit der Umsetzung in der Realität verglichen. Ein selbst entwickeltes Reifegradmodell ermöglicht letztendlich die Eingruppierung von Unternehmen auf ihrem Weg zu einem proaktiven nachhaltigen Vorgehen. Der Fokus liegt hierbei auf einer unternehmensübergreifenden Ausrichtung im Sinne des Supply Chain Managements.
