Zusammenfassung
Die Reformierung der Leasingbilanzierung gemäß IFRS 16 wird wesentliche Auswirkungen auf die bilanzielle Abbildung von Leasingverhältnissen in den IFRS-Abschlüssen haben. Insbesondere stellt der Übergang vom bisherigen „Risks-and-Rewards“ Ansatz hin zum „Asset-and-Liability“ Ansatz auf der Seite der Leasingnehmerbilanzierung eine bedeutende Entwicklung in der internationalen Rechnungslegung dar. In der Folge werden künftig grundsätzlich alle wesentlichen Leasingverhältnisse in der Bilanz der Leasingnehmer durch entsprechende Aktiv- und Passivposten abgebildet.
