Zusammenfassung
Die Wirtschaft transformiert sich ständig: Von der landwirtschaftlichen zur industriellen Revolution, von der Bodennutzung zur Kapitalakkumulation, von der Tauschwirtschaft zur Marktwirtschaft mit Kreditgeldschöpfung. Heutzutage dominiert die Finanzwirtschaft mit ihrer sich ständig ausweitenden Fremdfinanzierung die Wirtschaft und macht diese instabil. Innovationen tragen verstärkt den wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungsprozess und verschaffen innovativen Unternehmern in kurzer Zeit enormen Reichtum. Der Wandel gefährdet die Stabilität.
Tragende theoretische Konzepte der Ökonomie wie Gleichgewicht, Preis- und Wettbewerbsmechanismen werden fragwürdig. Die Wirtschaft ist instabil und Gewinnerwartungen, die schon immer zentral in ökonomischen Prozessen gewesen sind, dominieren zunehmend das Wirtschaftsgeschehen. Um die instabile Wirtschaft zu stabilisieren, müssen aktuell Zentralbanken profitable Rahmenbedingungen schaffen. Dazu senken sie die Finanzierungskosten und übernehmen massiv Marktrisiken. Ihre Stabilisierungsmaßnahmen verbessern die Gewinnsituation für Unternehmer und vergrößern die soziale Ungleichheit, die zu enormen Spannungen zwischen Gesellschaft und Markt führen kann.
