Zusammenfassung
Digitale Disruption, Industrie 4.0, Social Media Marketing – man könnte die Liste der im Kontext von digitaler Transformation verwendeten Begriffe und Konzepte fast beliebig verlängern und stetig erweitern. In diesem Kapitel soll etwas Ordnung in die kaum noch überschaubare Begriffswelt gebracht werden. Herausgearbeitet werden die beiden zentralen Merkmale der digitalen Transformation.
