In den experimentellen Wissenschaften steht man vor der Aufgabe, aus fehlerbehafteten Messungen die Parameter p = (θ1,…, θn)’ eines mathematischen Modells zu schätzen. Gehen die Parameter hier linear ein, so liefert ein Experiment eine Beziehung der Form.
