Zusammenfassung
Sozialarbeiterinnen und Sozialarbeiter sind in ihrem beruflichen Alltag immer wieder mit Situationen konfrontiert, auf die sie im Studium nur bedingt oder gar nicht vorbereitet werden konnten. Aufgrund der spezifischen Merkmale der Dienstleistungserstellung, wie die Individualität oder die Integration des externen Faktors, erfordert Soziale Arbeit auch fallspezifisches Handlungswissen, das nicht standardisiert und deshalb schwer formal vermittelt werden kann. Ebenso wenig kann ein Studium oder eine Weiterbildung auf Besonderheiten in einzelnen Organisationen vorbereiten.
