Zusammenfassung
Soziale Arbeit im gesetzlichen Kontext ist eine anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit. In den Arbeitsfeldern Sozialhilfe, Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz haben es Sozialarbeitende in ihrem Arbeitsalltag häufig mit Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen zu tun. Dabei ist ihre Tätigkeit von einem laufenden Wandel der politisch-administrativen Rahmenbedingungen geprägt und von anspruchsvollen politischen Zielsetzungen, für deren Erreichung sie meistens nur unzureichend mit Ressourcen ausgestattet sind.
