Zusammenfassung
Der Aufbau von innovativen Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien in MOE spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei der Schaffung intermodaler Logistiknetze und bei der Entwicklung der Infrastruktur. Dies ist von zentraler Bedeutung für die Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit der gesamten Region. Die Entwicklung der Logistik in den MOE-Ländern ist ohne angemessene Systeme der Verkehrstelematik nicht vorstellbar.
